I am a Photographer, and Meta Producer born and raised in San Francisco, growing up in both Fillmore and Bayview.

I've worked in the Film and Broadcast Sports industries for over 8 years, working as a PA, 2nd AC, and Camera Utility. I currently host a Film and Art event series in the Metaverse called "The Pink Screen".

As the oldest of my siblings I would often be charge of their care while my mother was out. I would use trips to the movies or our collection of movies to occupy our time when playing outside was not the best option.

My love of movies/film came from trips to the movies with my dad after school or watching Spike Lee Joints at his apartment on Divis and McAllister. As well as the Sunday afternoons Syfy movie marathons with mom. My love of photography came from looking through my family's photo albums, yearbooks, and magazines.

I often wanted to make sure that my life and experiences were captured so that my family will remember me long after I am gone.

In 3rd grade I attended a photo workshop at school where we got to develop our work at the end. I think from there I knew that I wanted to learn more. Growing up poor with a single parent at the head of the household, I didn't always have access to the tools I needed to create or educate myself. But growing up that way helped me become creative. To use the people, environments, and tools around me to achieve my goals and be creative. I never let the lack in my life show on the outside and I never let it stop me from getting where I needed to be. I've missed out on so many fun times and weekends with friends and family because I was either working or a part of a program or opportunity that would help me get to college or learn new skills.

Though, some moments I wish I could have been a part of, the sacrifice was worth it. I'm Still not where I want to be, I may not be the best at what I do, I may even be a starving artist, but I have achieved more than what my child self could ever imagine.
